The Ghillie Ale
The Ghillie Ale is our very own cask conditioned Craft Beer specially brewed for us by the award winning Inveralmond Brewery, Perth.
An alternative to the usual suspects, the Ghillie Ale is a 4.2% beer with hints of forest fruits and floral spice on the nose backed up with a biscuity malt palate leading to a pleasing hop finish.
It goes well with food and is very moreish.

ABV: 4.2%
Malt & Hops: Malts – Maris Otter pale ale, caramalt, dark crystal malt, malted wheat Hops – target, First Gold, Carscade, Fuggies, Goldings.
Goes well with: Game Pie, Venison Stew or Haggis. This beer can cut through strong flavours. Try it with fruit crumble or maybe cranachan.
