Cream of carrot soup with a hint of orange, served with warm crusty bread

Smoked mackerel pate, horseradish cream, baby herbs and crunchy oatcakes

Sautéed button mushrooms in a garlic and white wine sauce on toasted ciabatta

Haggis, neeps and tatties with a shot whisky sauce
